What:  Fun, functional training for active living. Seated and standing exercises that target strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.  This class is designed for a variety of fitness levels.

Cost (Spring 2024):
2 classes per week for $110
1 class per week for $55
10-class pass: $65
Drop-in: $8

Community members receive a 10% discount

Prices can be prorated to accommodate late registrations.
