Like most organizations, the community association’s operating costs have grown significantly over the past few years. As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on municipal, provincial and federal grants for various aspects of our budget.
For the first time in several years, the Association did not receive federal funding through the Canada Summer Jobs program, allowing us to offer cost-effective summer day camps. We need to make up that $70k gap in funding elsewhere.
The community association is a registered charity and will issue a tax receipt for any donation of $25 or greater
