
Wednesday Evening Fitness Class: “Fit, Fun and Fabulous!”

Who: Open to adults (18+).
What: Get your heart pumping and your muscles working in this moderately paced class focused on cardio, strength, and balance. You’ll enjoy a continuous cardio segment of up to 30 minutes, followed by targeted strength and balance exercises to support stability, mobility, and overall fitness.
Chairs are available for support, however, this class is best suited for participants who enjoy a steady, active pace and ongoing movement. Expect a positive, upbeat class environment where we share laughs, support one another, and stay motivated while getting stronger and fitter.
Where: North Glenmore Park Community Association, 2231 Longridge Dr SW.
When: Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. March 11 to April 15, 2026.
Cost: $60 for six-week session for members with valid community membership. $90 without community membership.
Meet the instructor: Connie brings lifelong fitness experience and positive energy to her classes. She has a passion for helping people move more, get stronger, and stay active. She’s known for clear cues, upbeat classes, and a welcoming, supportive environment. Connie is a certified Alberta fitness instructor.
